Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cesar Hasselmann and The Eric Li Group, part of Ray White Robertson ("we", "us"), handle your personal information when you use cesarhasselmann.com, including our free price check. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you request a free price check, we collect what you enter in the form:

• your name, email address and mobile number;
• your property's address, suburb, type, size and condition, and any renovations or known issues;
• your plans, such as when you might sell, the reason for selling, where you'd like to buy next, your budget and an estimate of your remaining mortgage;
• for investment properties, the current rent, lease details and who manages the property.

All of this is optional except your name, email and property details, which we need to prepare your report. Please don't include anything you'd rather not share.

How we use it

• to prepare your report and email it to you;
• so Cesar or our team can contact you about your report and your property;
• to send you occasional property information, only if you agreed in the form. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
• to know whether our emails reached you: the email with your report contains a small image that tells us when it is opened, so Cesar can follow up at the right time.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the form and send your report: website hosting (Vercel), form automation (Make), and email and spreadsheets (Google Workspace). They may store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union, and they are bound to keep it secure. Within our office, only the people working on your enquiry can see it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Your information is kept in password-protected accounts and only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Just email us and we'll reply within 30 days.

Stop hearing from us

Use our unsubscribe page, reply "STOP" to any of our emails, or email us with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We'll remove you within 5 business days.

If you're not happy with how we've handled a privacy concern, please contact us first. If it isn't resolved, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
